If you're having trouble watching any of the videos try
this setting.

If you use IE, (Internet Explorer) follow these steps
below. Go to 'Tools' and select 'Internet options'

Then...

Select "Settings" and move the slider so it reads 32000 MB and
select ok. Hopefully this should allow you to now watch the videos
with out any trouble.
